Temperature Control Units

Austronic Instruments is the Canadian distributor for ®REGLOPLAS, a Swiss company who have specialized in the production of temperature control units for 40 years. ®REGLOPLAS builds a total of 14 different models of tempeature control units in various versions. A broad selection of pumps, coolers and heating capacities allow for the customization of units to customer's specific application. ®REGLOPLAS also produces Thermolators ranging from pressurized-water units, to thermal oil units, as well as their own unique "pumpless" mould temperature controllers for Plastic Injection Moulding, Blowmoulding, Thermoset and Diecasting applications up to 350°C (670ºF)

Pictured here on top, the MODEL-Series 150 is the most compact thermolator in the industry and by integrating the pump, heaters and cooling coils all inside the tank ®REGLOPLAS eliminates a lot of plumbing and potential leak problems associated with conventionally designed units.

Shredders and Recycling Equipment

Austronic Instruments is the Authorized Canadian Dealer for UNTHA, an Austrian company that designs and builds industrial shredders used for granulate productions, volume reduction, document shredding, and recycling purposes. What sets UNTHA apart from almost all other shredder producers is their patented 4-Roller system (Patent Nr. 319535) for screened final product sizing. Material is shredded two times, once by the cutting shafts and again by the exit sieve, which determines the granulate size. Check out this diagram to see the benefits of the 4 roller system.
